The price includes the use of air conditioning, the supply of bed linen and towels for each person, the consumption of water, electricity, gas and final cleaning (excluding the kitchenette which must be left clean and tidy as per the arrival) and 1 reserved parking space. The municipal tourist tax is € 1.00/day per person, with exemption for children under 14 years of age.
Note: Possibility of storing MTB bikes inside the apartment.
Check-in for the accommodation is from 1pm to 8pm.
Check-out on May 12, 2024 is scheduled after the conclusion of the race.
In the event of cancellation of the race by the organization, the sum paid to confirm the booking will be refunded, withholding only the bank transfer costs.

The Le Rose Apartments are located between the greenery of two splendid natural parks, the extreme proximity to the beach and the shopping center (both 150 meters away) allows guests to forget their car during the holiday, on foot or by bicycle is all reachable in a few minutes.

Residence and apartments with swimming pool near the sea in Marina di Bibbona
It is the second consecutive year that we decide to spend a week in this Residence. We prefer accommodations with a garden near the swimming pool and in front of a green area which is equipped with various games, barbecues, tables, etc. Free parking is available and bicycles are available for short use. The apartments are clean and the rooms comfortable. The swimming pool is equipped with enough umbrellas and deck chairs (we were never without them). The sea is a stone's throw away on foot: you can opt for both a free beach and an equipped lido. Not far away there is a small square with various clubs, play area, shops, market and pharmacy. The owner is always very helpful. Here we spend days in complete relaxation alternating between the sea and the swimming pool and enjoying the local offers. Super recommended.

We stayed a week in September 2020 with our one month old son.. our first holiday in 3 and it was wonderful. We were in a very comfortable three-room apartment.. impeccable cleanliness.. excellent location near the sea and the center.. without noise.. a real relaxation. Very nice residence staff. Too bad we only stayed a week!!
