Apartments Le Rose are inserted in a family-run Residence located in a strategic position in the central area of Marina di Bibbiona in the province of Livorno, very close to the sea, in the heart of Tuscany at the center of the Etruscan Coast, in an area of high naturalistic, historic and artistic interest.

The beach with its beautiful fine sand, framed by a thick Mediterranean vegetation, is both access-free and equipped.
Apartments Le Rose are either studio apartments, two-rooms and three-rooms apartments, the ideal solution for family vacations during the spring-summer period as well as for business or work trips during the fall-winter time, when also the Bed & Breakfast service is operative with customized and particular solutions for groups and organized tours which include breakfast, a choice of first courses, snacks and sandwiches also made to go.

From March to October the Bar-Restaurant- Pizzeria “DA ALLEGRA”, equipped with a wood-burning pizza oven, is available.
From 8 am for breakfast with the excellent coffees, cappuccinos, the warm brioches, the fresh fruit juices and the tasty tramezzino sandwiches.
From 12 pm for aperitifs with snacks and your lunches are available also to go.
From 4 pm for the afternoon snacks, the tasty ice-creams, the fresh beverages and the great beers.
From 6 pm for the evening aperitifs and…. then, until 11 pm, to savor the Amari liquors, the lounge-drinks, the fantastic prosecco with the fresh taste of wines typical of the Bibbiona area, Tuscany and national.
From 7:30 pm, the restaurant offers you the Chef’s creations with typical local menus, which include fresh surf and turf specialties, fragrant mixed fried foods and “Cacciucco” (Italian fish stew) “alla livornese”.
Additionally, the Restaurant offers grilled courses which include the tender Chianina meat and the renowned “Fiorentina” steak.
Also, from 7:30 pm, the wood-burning pizza oven offers the special pizzas made with selected flour.
The Bar offers also the ability to purchase more airtime for your cell phone.

Beach and Surroundings
The wonderful beach of Marina di Bibbiona, with its fine sand, stretches for a few kilometers with several sections of access-free areas, alternated by some beach properties. Marina di Bibbiona, adds to its natural beauty, the comforts of a welcoming and hospitable location where to live all year long relaxing and peaceful vacations. Here, the seaside vacation easily joins with history and art. Bibbiona has also been an important Templar Knights residence, still conserving spectacular testimonies of their presence.

Shrines and churches in the Surroundings
Montenero, located on a hill overlooking the sea and the port of Livorno, is amongst the places of more fame in Tuscany, due particularly to its famous Sanctuary dedicated to Our Lady of Grace.
The origins of the Sanctuary go back to May 15th 1345, Holiday of Pentecost, when, according to traditions, a poor crippled shepherd found the miraculous image of the Virgin Mary and, following an inside intuition, he brought her to the Colle of Montenero, a place already known as a refuge for brigands and consequently considered dark, tenebrous …the “mount of the devil”.
Santuario Madonna della Cittadella Piombino (Livorno)
The chapel of the princely residence of the Cittadella was built by Andrea Guardi around 1465 on commission of Jacopo III Appiani.
The building, a single-nave, is modeled on a plan of Alberti in the perspective drawing with rose window, punctuated by lesenes with capitals on the model of building results modeled on the Tempio Malatestiano of Rimini.
Santuario Madonna del Desco Piombino (Livorno)
Very little has been historically handed down about the history of the Chapel of Our Lady of the Snow, commonly called del Desco, except that it existed in the fifteenth century.
The first documented news on the chapel dates back to 1499. The adjoining spaces were temporarily assigned to a leper hospital in the seventeenth century and the chapel was destination of pilgrimages also in quite recent times, as the “Madonna del Desco” (now lost) was worshipped.
Santuario Madonna di S. Sebastiano in S. Francesco Volterra (Pisa)
The Sanctuary Madonna di S. Sebastiano is located inside the church of S. Francesco a Volterra. National Temple to Mary since 1931, the Madonna is worshipped who was, originally located inside the oratory of S. Sebastiano.
Santuario Madonna della Neve Volterra (Pisa)
The Sanctuary Our Lady of the Snow, adjacent to the city cemetery, a short distance from the Parish church of Villamagna, was built between 1675 and 1715 under the pontificate of Pope Liberio. The object of worship is the fresco which was detached and then returned to its location, of the Madonna with the Baby from the late fifteen century, attributed to Pier Francesco Fiorentino (1444-after 1494).
Santuario Madonna di Fucinaia Campiglia Marittima (Livorno)
Situated in the small locality of Botro ai Marmi, where in the ancient times was mining extraction activity was carried out, along the road to San Vincenzo, the church was founded as ex-voto for the discovery of an image of the Madonna on top of a forge.
Santuario Madonna di Monteforti Santa Luce (Pisa)
The area of Santa Luce was known and inhabited since the Etruscan time period. The first written testimony regarding this locations dates back to 877. In that period, in fact, the land passed under the domination of various families: the Cadolingi of Fucecchio, the Upezzinghi of Pisa and then, in 1406, the territory had to surrender to the dominion of Florence.
Santuario Madonna del Libro Castelnuovo Val di Cecina (Pisa)
The origin of the sanctuary is connected to a miraculous event which took place during the war that Lorenzo de’ Medici started against Volterra in 1472.
Chiesa Oratorio Madonna di San Sebastiano Casale Marittimo (Pisa)
The origins of this place of prayer date back to 1775, the date of its construction, in the location where the former oratory was, which belonged to the Confraternity that did bear the same name, that existed since the fifteenth century.
Gerusalemme oppure Sacro Monte di San Vivaldo Montaione (Firenze)
In the vicinity of Montaione, at 460 meters on sea level, in a hill scenery, is located the magnificent sanctuary of San Vivaldo, known also as the Jerusalem of Saint Vivaldo. It became a location frequented by hermits and, tradition particularly recounts the story of the hermit Vivaldo. In fact, since 1320, the devotion for San Vivaldo did spread itself. In 1499, the Order of the Observing Friars Minor arrived on the location and they essentially instituted the “Jerusalem of Saint Vivaldo.
